Buyer-side transactions

For buyer-side transactions we typically schedule testing early in the inspection period so results arrive on time. If a result is elevated, we help you and your client understand typical next steps — including retesting and mitigation — without over- or under-selling what the reading means.

Listing-side transactions

Pre-listing radon testing can be a useful step for some sellers. It gives you and your client documented information going into the listing period. We do not create pressure to test in every situation — we help you and your client decide when it makes sense.
