What to expect: before, during, and after

Before the test

• If the home has been unusually open, begin closing it 12 hours before the test starts.

During the test

• Keep windows and exterior doors closed except for normal quick entry and exit.
• HVAC and normal fans can run. Whole-house fans should be off.
• Do not move, disturb, or cover the testing device.

After the test
